Dealer Territory Protection
Qualifying Photon AC dealers receive an exclusive geographic territory in which no other Photon AC dealer will be placed. Exclusive territory requires signing a non-exclusive-to-exclusive agreement and reaching minimum monthly volume thresholds (Silver 1+ unit, Gold 10+ units, Platinum 20+ units per month).
