Dealer Territory Protection

Qualifying Photon AC dealers receive an exclusive geographic territory in which no other Photon AC dealer will be placed. Exclusive territory requires signing a non-exclusive-to-exclusive agreement and reaching minimum monthly volume thresholds.

About this page

Photon AC offers exclusive geographic territory protection to qualifying dealers, ensuring no competing Photon AC dealers are placed in the same area.
